Below is an overview of our order processing and shipping timelines.
Compression Sock Orders
Compression socks are packed and shipped directly by our small team in Houston, Texas.
We often ship orders within 1–2 business days, but our standard processing window is within one week, especially during promotions, holidays, or restock periods.
Once shipped, orders are delivered via USPS Ground Advantage, which typically arrives within 2–5 business days, depending on your shipping address and local USPS operations.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear, as USPS tracking does not always update in real time.
Apparel Orders
All apparel items are fulfilled through our third-party fulfillment partner.
We take about 1-7 business days to fulfill your orders before shipping. Shipping speed and price depends on product type and destination.
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Packages Marked Delivered but Not Received
If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, we recommend:
- Check with neighbors or household members – Sometimes, packages are left with a neighbor or at a different entrance.
- Look around your property – Carriers may leave packages in a secure location, such as a side door, porch, or mailbox area.
- Contact the carrier – They may have additional delivery details and can help track down the package.
- Wait an extra day or two – Occasionally, packages are marked as delivered but arrive shortly after.
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, NurseStrong is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, if the package is returned to us, we will gladly resend it.

Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible, delivery timelines are handled by USPS and our fulfillment partners and may occasionally be affected by weather conditions, holidays, or carrier delays outside of our control.
