Refund policy


At NurseStrong, we stand behind our products and want you to feel confident trying them. If something doesn’t work out, we’re here to help.

You may return eligible items for a size exchange or refund within 60 days of purchase, subject to the guidelines below.

Before You Return — A Quick Tip

Our NurseStrong compression socks are designed to feel snug, especially when worn for the first time. Many return requests happen simply because they can be tricky to put on.

Return & Exchange Conditions:

  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in the same condition as received, with the original packaging intact.
  • Personalized/Customized Products: These items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
  • Final Sale Items: Products marked as "final sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Shipping Costs: As a small, nurse-owned business, we are currently unable to shoulder return shipping costs, so you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to send items back to us.
  • Refunds: Returns are refunded to the original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Incorrect or Damaged Items:

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us at hello@nursestrong.co within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include photos, and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

 

Cancellations:

We’ll process your order promptly so it arrives as quickly as possible. For our NurseStrong apparels, our products are made-to-order, the fulfillment process may begin immediately after an order is placed. If you wish to cancel, please email us at hello@nursestrong.co as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests, we cannot guarantee them.

 

Address Errors:

If you entered an incorrect address, and your order is returned to us, we will need to issue an invoice to cover the cost of re-shipping. To avoid this, please double-check your address when placing your order.

 

Packages Marked as Delivered but Not Received:

If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, we recommend:

  • Check with neighbors or household members – Sometimes, packages are left with a neighbor or at a different entrance.
  • Look around your property - Carriers may leave packages in a secure location, such as side door, porch, or mailbox area.
  • Contact the local carrier - They may have additional delivery details and can help track down the package.
  • Wait an extra day or two - Occasionally, packages are marked delivered but arrive shortly after.

If the package is returned to us, we will gladly resend it.

 

International Orders:

At this time, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for international orders.

You may request a return or exchange within 60 days of delivery.

Refunds:

Once your return package arrives and is inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 3–4 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been completed.

 

Return Monitoring:

We monitor return activity to prevent abuse. NurseStrong reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges and all returns are subject to validation and approval at our sole discretion.
